Make the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's website user-friendly.
The Association of Trial Lawyers of America had a considerable amount of information to share with its users. Over time, vast majority of that content had accumulated on the homepage of the site instead of being evenly distributed throughout the website. As a result, visitors were getting lost and confused and were not clicking past the homepage.

When the Association of Trial Lawyers of America selected BrowserMedia for help with improving their overall website, the BrowserMedia team began by analyzing their existing user groups and site usage patterns. This helped us to identify where users were having the most difficulty. We quickly learned that because of the organization of the website, users had problems navigating and finding what they were searching for. BrowserMedia recommended dividing the homepage into distinct areas for each user group. To ensure there was a defined distinction between groups, BrowserMedia devised a color-coded organizational system that carried throughout the sections of the site.

Since BrowserMedia completed improving the overall functionality of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America's website, the results have been outstanding. Instead of traffic sitting in a standstill on the homepage, it now flows easily from the homepage and into the rest of the website. Users are no longer confused where to find information and members and the press rely on the ATLA site as a valuable resource. Now that the website is user-friendly, the site is stickier and traffic has dramatically increased. The Association of Trial Lawyers of America can now successfully spread their important mission online.
